These include institutions of higher learning as Universities, Polytechnics and Colleges of Education which could donate their lecture theatres and halls for CECAD’s student-oriented cyber awareness programmes, outreaches, seminars and conferences on their respective campuses. Specific training programmes can also be organised in conjunction with the School of Media and Communication (SMC), Enterprise Development Centre (EDC) and Lagos Business School (LBS) of the Pan-Atlantic University (PAU), Lagos.

Foreign Partners
On the strength of bilateral conversations or discussions with select governments, authorities and institutions, CECAD intends to partner with the embassies and high commissions in Nigeria, the United States Government, the British Government, Ghanaian Government; United States Information Service (USIS), The British Council, DFID, USAID, UNICEF, UNESCO, ITU, CTO, World Bank, European Union and Alliance Francais.
