Dr. Bayero Agabi is the President Transatlantic Media Company, publishers/producers of AIT Infotech Network, Cyber Africa Radio/TV on Kakaaki on Africa Independent Television, Cyber Africa and Enterprise Africa Magazines and TMC studios. Bayero Agabi is currently the Publicity Secretary of The Nigeria Internet Group, and Vice Chairman Business and Technology Publishers’ Foundation.

The veteran award winning journalist is also the incumbent national President of the School of Media and Communications Alumni Association of the Pan Atlantic University, Lagos.Often referred to as Nigerian’s leading ICT broadcast journalist, Bayero Agabi owes a honorary doctorate degree from the Commonwealth University,  Belize and remains the only African journalist to have won the prestigious UNECA/AISI(UNECA/AISI United Nations Economic Development for Africa Information Society Media Awards) twice for best research and local content in ict broadcast journalism. He is a Fellow of the Institute Information Management of Nigeria.




Hilary Damissah is presently the Editor, Cyber Africa News and Enterprise Africa Magazine both publications of Transatlantic Media Company. Cyber Africa is focused on the use of technology for development in Africa and aims to connect Africa with the new age through balanced reportage of issues and Information Communication Technology initiative particularly in Africa and the world at large.Enterprise Africa is a publication showcasing Africa’s strides of progress through its lifestyle, businesses, entertainment, destination, education and innovation.

Hilary holds a Masters degree in Public Administration (MPA) and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language (BA Hons) both from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He possesses a knack for very thorough and expressive use of the English Language coupled with a rear ability to deploy the aesthetics of language for effective communication. In 2010, he wrote his first full length novel entitled; Nemesis At Cross Road. He is the co-initiator and coordinator of the Ghana/Nigeria Tourism and Culture Showcase, (GHANIGTCUS) the first privately organised bilateral arts and cultural forum in West Africa which has now transmuted into a full regional event as West Africa Arts & Culture Tourism Showcase, (WAACTS). He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations, the Joint Action Committee on Information Communication Awareness and Development (JACITAD) and the Director, Information and Strategy, Int’l Youth Congress, Nigeria-a Charter of the IYC Inc. USA, member of Nigerian Union of Journalists, a member of PEN, Association of Nigerian Authors and the Sports Writers Association of Nigeria.rnrnHe was honoured by the Megaphone News Agency, OAU in 2005 with the Distinguished Meritorious Service Award for outstanding service to the Obafemi Awolowo University. He is a very well travelled journalist and has served in several committees including a member of the LOC of Nigeria’s premier international IT conference-eNigeria 2013.

MOJISOLA ALABI, is the senior photo editor at Transatlantic Media Company publishers and operators of Cyber Africa TV and magazine, including a business and entrepreneurial magazine, Enterprise Africa360 and TMC studio. She is a graduate of The polytechnic Ibadan in Accounting and Finance.

While employed in the finance department of Tribe Media Company, she developed her passion for photography and photo editing. She has helped reshape the photo editorial of Cyber Africa Magazine and Enterprise Africa360 being a visual story teller by photographing, editing and presenting images that tells the story and enhances the reports in the publications while she also deploys her business and communications skills in the Marketing department of the company.
